Pantaenius is now offering the medium of its web site to existing clients to post the details of their yacht for sale, free of change. The reasons for sale are numerous but we have found that many clients would welcome such a facility to ease the process.
Pantaenius will not be acting as a broker and use of the facility will not infer any legal liability in respect of the accuracy, errors or omissions of the detail displayed. Any subsequent sale will be between the vendor and vendee who may elect to go through an independent yacht broker of their choice for their own peace of mind. For all purchases Pantaenius recommends that a pre-purchase survey is undertaken by a surveyor carrying appropriate professional indemnity insurance.
Use of this facility will be open for a period of 4 months after which time the displayed material will be automatically deleted. If a Client wishes to repeat the posting then they will have to request an extension. Pantaenius will reserve the right to decline to accept an application for posting and will not be required to give a reason for rejection.
If a sale proceeds Pantaenius would, of course, be delighted to be asked to offer a quotation for insurance to the purchaser in which case he/she should simply contact us direct.
